Family portraits can get you lots of attention from your family & friends. Who does not want to show off their awesome family with photographs taken by an award-winning & featured local Maryland Photographer that you can trust to do the job right? Family portraits capture memories that create a legacy for you to keep for years to come. I strive to capture more than just your faces; I capture your lifestyle (known as lifestyle photography) because this will mean so much more than a stiff pose in 20 years. I believe in taking photos that look natural & real. I use natural posing rather than asking your family members to pose for a photo, looking all stiff & plastic. For this, I may joke with my clients, ask silly questions to ease them, or give them a silly task which I feel suits them best. This helps me in capturing natural smiles and real big laughs.
I LOVE working with real unique families that are not afraid to be themselves.
If you are that family, let’s get shooting friend.

Here’s How It Works:
In these difficult times, it is important to find a professional photographer who practices safely. Baltimore Girl Photography follows all CDC Guidelines & maintains the safest distance possible measures possible while crafting beautiful photos of you. I will strictly comply with all guidelines to keep you safe during the current global crisis, & likewise, I ask that you do as well.
As a reputable lifestyle, maternity & newborn photography company, it is imperative for me to put rules in place to protect us all. Therefore, I will be wearing masks throughout the entire photo session & I ask that you do too when we are not shooting. When we are shooting, of course, you may remove your mask & place it in the clean plastic bag I will provide for you.
At the present time, in an effort to keep everyone safe, I will provide you a waiver in your session agreement demonstrating all the ways I plan to keep your family safe, from sanitizing props to cleaning my gear, making sure my hands are sanitized before, after & during each session, as well as wearing my mask at all times You’ll need to sign that wavier to ensure, you acknowledge all sanitization operations. It is also to ensure that you adhere to the safety measures I ask of you.
At the end of they day, your safety & the safety of my own family is my number one priority, therefore, I’ll perform necessary actions to keep you safe from coronavirus.
At this time, I am taking bookings for all types of sessions. As of 07/01/20, I have resumed Newborn & Fresh 48 Photography sessions, too. However, due to the nature of these sessions, social distancing is nearly impossible. I will be wearing a mask & washing my hands often during the session though. If you plan to book a Fresh 48 session in your birthing location, please contact the facility to find out any rules or regulations that have implemented for Photographers due to COVID-19 as some hospitals are not allowing any photographers inside.
FEATURED ON THE NAPCP BLOG
Personally, I struggled greatly with the decision to resume newborn photography. As an in-home and lifestyle newborn photographer, it was so hard to go into other people’s homes. I knew I needed a bullet proof plan to protect the little one I was responsible for that day, as well as my own family.
This is the plan I implemented to keep my tiniest clients safe:
In order to beat COVID-19, we all have to do our part. These steps are how I am choosing to protect my most fragile little clients & my own family. I wish you all safety and sanity, above all else, I wish you a full calendar of precious healthy babies.
